How Mindful Money is different from other courses
This course isn't about simply giving you busy work full of abstract concepts... Mindful Money urges you to reconnect with your inner child, go beyond the surface of your reality and explore the depths of your mind to heal limiting behaviors and shift your perspective.
Together, we'll unlock your power, activate your passion and re-imagine your future, aligning you with the right frequency to manifest the beautiful life that you truly deserve and desire.
Each mindfulness module equips you with:
- Understanding - An intro summary or video to explain the concept and offer best practices for gaining the fullest benefit from the lesson
- Experience - This is followed by a guided meditation for you to follow along with.
- Practice - Next, there's a workbook page which compliments the intro & subsequent meditation to deepen your learning.
- Energy - For each mindfulness concept, there are accompanying tools to further tap into your energetic power such as affirmations & stones
- Growth - Finally, there's a brief knowledge check to further cement the concept you're learning.
- Resources - Be on the lookout for those helpful bonuses to accelerate your growth!

What to expect & how to succeed in this course
Over the course of seven (7) days, we’ll cover one module + a required learning item so that in 7 weeks, or by the time you complete this course, not only will you have the clarity, confidence and strategy to build your dream life but you’ll also have a full suite of tools to handle any situation life may present - tools including relaxing breathing techniques, powerful visualization meditations and uplifting affirmations.
The intention is for you to use this course as a lifelong resource for your growth and development; you can come back to it at any time you feel called to do so. In addition, as a student, you have lifelong access to this course including any updates and changes made in the future <3

Ideal daily flow for this course
The Mindful Money course is designed to help you develop altruistic, life-improving virtues and practices. By devoting 1-2 hours daily to your coursework and the associated learning, you prioritize your self care, wellness and growth. This course is self-paced so you can proceed at your own speed, however, take care to follow each section in order. In doing so, you offer yourself space to process each concept before moving on to the next section.
5:30-6:30am: 1 hr dedicated to your study, practice and related research you may come upon. This work takes mental clarity so it’s best to do this when your mind is fresh.
**4:30-5:30pm or 7:30-8:30pm 1 hr dedicated to required reading, meditation, mantra, breathwork and/or journaling. This period is used to reflect, reconnect and revitalize
**make this part fun - listen to your reading during a meditative walk, journal in nature, perform a meditative mantra in the backyard, etc. Make your practice your own!**
Remember to remain open minded and DO NOT SKIP any sections! Though this is a self-paced course and you have the freedom to learn in your own style, following the progression of the course in order will return the best results!
