Along this journey of self awareness and understanding, meditation is the most accessible form of mindfulness - it's available anywhere, at any time, so long as you can find a safe, quiet place to be amongst yourself and your mind. In fact, meditation is the very foundation for other practices essential to mind mastery such as self healing, accessing your subconscious mind and quantum leaping - to name a few.
